What happens after I placed my order?

After you place your order, a representative will call you to make sure you have ordered the services suitable to your immediate business needs. Once this is completed, your order will be processed right away.


If you have ordered:
“Profile Investigations” You will received you order with 2 hours.
“Reporting to TransUnion” You will be emailed a PDF form to input the data you want to have reported.
“Intensive Skip Tracing” You will receive your full report within 48 hours. As we must gather a wide range of information and provide you a detailed report.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We only accept ACH payment. Payment must be completed online.


Can I come to your office to speak to someone face-to-face?

You are welcomed to visit our office. We are located at 3249 Old Winter Garden Road Suite 17, Orlando, Florida 32805. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm.


What if a customer disputes the data reported?

We handle all disputes electronically. We will notify your company of the dispute. Once you provide us with the information for the update, we will update the dispute accordingly with the response you have provided to us, and we will provide you with a copy of the response we have submitted to the credit bureau.

Is there a monthly fee to keep reporting data monthly?

No. There is only one-time fee as listed on our site. Your company will not be charged any additional fee under any circumstances.


How long will the account be reported and stay on the customer’s report?

We will report the data you provide for the life of the account or contract/agreement you have set in place with a particular customer with no additional fee.


Will I need to submit data monthly?

It is your company’s responsibility to provide us with an accurate “Account Status” for each account every month. We report data on the 21st of each month. Your reporting data must be provided to us no later than the 15th of each month to ensure timely reporting.
